Information and Consent Statement on Processing Personal Data
1. Purpose of Information Statement and Data Controller Position of Our Company :
Our company, Özen Alışveriş Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Onur Market" and/or "Company"), is the "data controller" within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") regarding personal data related to customers. The purpose of this Information and Consent Statement is to inform customers about personal data processing activities carried out by Onur Market in accordance with the aforementioned Law and to obtain explicit consents for the situations specified in item 3 below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Customers :
"Personal data of customers are processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including the necessary activities to be carried out by the business units of Onur Market to provide the relevant persons with the products and services offered by Onur Market, and to carry out the related business processes, to carry out the necessary work by the relevant business units of Onur Market for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by Onur Market, and to carry out the related business processes, to plan and execute Onur Market's commercial and/or business strategies, to ensure the legal, technical and commercial-business security of Onur Market and the persons in business relationship with Onur Market, and to personalize the products and services offered by Onur Market according to the preferences, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons and to plan and execute the necessary activities for the recommendation and promotion of these products and services. 3. Personal Data to be Processed Based on Explicit Consent of Customers and Purposes of Processing :
In cases where the conditions for processing personal data set forth in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, explicit consent of customers is required for Onur Market to process their personal data for the following purposes.

In this context, customers' personal data may be processed and shared with the parties specified in this Privacy Notice, based on the explicit consent of the customers, for the purposes of creating campaigns, cross-selling, determining target audience, tracking customer behavior to carry out activities that enhance user experience, developing and personalizing the functioning of Onur Market's website and mobile application according to customer needs, conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing, and remarketing activities, conducting personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis, and internal reporting activities, conducting market research, planning and executing customer satisfaction activities, and customer relationship management processes related to the planning and execution of Onur Market's product and/or service sales and marketing processes, as well as planning and executing processes to create and/or increase loyalty to Onur Market's products and/or services.

4. Transfer of Personal Data of Customers:
Personal data belonging to customers can be shared with Özen Alışveriş Hizmetleri A.Ş. and company officials, our affiliates, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and private institutions within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, including necessary work by business units to benefit relevant individuals from products and services offered by Onur Market and to conduct related business processes, necessary work by relevant business units to carry out Onur Market's commercial and/or business strategies, ensuring legal, technical and commercial-employment security of Onur Market and related individuals in business relationship with Onur Market, planning and execution of activities necessary for customization of products and services offered by Onur Market to the liking, usage habits and needs of relevant individuals and for their promotion and introduction.

5. Collection Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data :
Personal data is collected from customers through electronic means. The personal data collected for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy and Consent Statement can be processed and transferred in accordance with the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the purposes stated in this Privacy and Consent Statement.

6. Rights of Customers as Personal Data Subjects :
According to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the following rights: (i) to learn whether their personal data has been processed, (ii) to request information if their personal data has been processed, (iii) to learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are being used for their intended purpose, (iv) to know the third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, whether domestically or internationally, (v) to request the correction of their personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate, and to have this correction transmitted to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred, (vi) to request the deletion or destruction of their personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing have disappeared, despite having been processed in compliance with the Law and relevant laws, and to have this deletion transmitted to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred, (vii) to object to any result that is to their detriment that arises as a result of the analysis of the processed data through exclusively automatic systems, and (viii) to demand compensation if they suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of their personal data.

To exercise the aforementioned rights in Turkish, you can submit your request as the data subject to Onur Market, as the data controller, at Fevzi Çakmak Mah. Fevzi Çakmak Cad. No:11 Özen İş Merkezi Sefaköy / İstanbul / Turkey by hand with identity verification documents, through a notary public, by registered electronic mail to ozen@hs03.kep.tr or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

It is stated that Onur Market reserves the right to verify your identity before responding to your request.
