According to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PDP Law, any requests related to these rights must be submitted in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Kurul") to our company, which is the data controller.

Applications to be made to our company in writing can be submitted in the following ways:

• Personally by the data subject,
• Through a notary public,
• By signing with a "secure electronic signature" defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sending it to the registered e-mail address of our company,

By filling out the application form and sending it to kvkkbasvuru@onurmarket.com e-mail address with an electronic signature or using the e-mail address previously notified to the data controller and registered in the data controller's system.

Below, information is provided regarding how written applications will be delivered to us through specific written application channels.


In addition, after the announcement of other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK), the procedures for receiving applications through these methods will be announced by our Company.

Your request will be responded within thirty days from the date it reaches us. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the KVKK.
