1979 In the spring month, our founder Ekrem Özen took the first step with Özen Gıda Pazarı in Patnos, Ağrı.

1988 "After the establishment of Özen Spor Giyim, the second step was taken following Özen Gıda Market.

1992 After Özen Gıda Market and Özen Spor Giyim, Cemal Özen brought Özen Pazarlama to life.

1996 The cornerstone of the establishment of Özen Group was laid with the opening of our first store, Onur Market, in 4. Levent in 1996.

1998 We opened our second store in Yeşilyurt.

2002 Our number of stores increased to 5.

2007 Our number of stores increased to 15.

2008 Our number of stores increased to 17.

2008 From fruit to vegetables, from field to table! We established Onursal Tarım to offer the most natural fruits and vegetables.

2008 Ayşe Hatun Özen Education and Solidarity Foundation (AHEV) was established with the aim of providing various services to the community in social and cultural fields.

2010 Our number of stores increased to 30.

2010 We established Monet Meat Integrated Facility with the aim of bringing 100% local halal meat to Onur Market customers.

2011 Our number of stores increased to 35.

2011 Corporate Identity Change We crowned the innovative perspective we brought to our goals and ideals with the change of our brand image in line with the changing and developing world.

2012 Our number of stores increased to 55.

2012 We moved our headquarters to our new building.

2012 We established Onurca company and Rapata brand to provide services in the bakery products field.

2014 Our number of stores increased to 76.

2014 We established Özen Gayrimenkul and İnaş Yapı, a company that invests and produces projects in the real estate field, within Özen Group.

2015 Our number of stores increased to 82.

2015 We opened Onursal Tarım Kumluca Facility in Antalya Kumluca for the Onur guarantee.

2016 Our number of stores increased to 145.

2016 Onur is now in Bursa. We started to serve the people of Bursa by acquiring Şaypa, the largest retail chain in Bursa.

2016 We opened Filoport. We established Filoport Vehicle Rental and Service Joint Stock Company to manage the leasing, logistics, repair, renovation, and all working processes control and follow-up of all vehicles of Özen Group.

2020 Our number of stores increased to 150.

2020 Onurmarket.com was launched. To provide customers with a flawless experience offered in Onur stores, we launched our E-commerce channels to bring the same experience to the online world.

2020 Özen Gross opened its first branch in Bursa Ataevler

2021 Our number of stores increased to 155.

2021 "We opened the second store of Özen Gross in 2021 in the Yıldırım district. With 8000 square meters of customer service area and a wide range of 12,000 products, we positioned ourselves as the largest market in Bursa."
